Redwood provides specialised advice to company directors and business owners for their personal and company financial affairs. From recruitment to retention your staff are your most valuable asset.

With around 17% of candidates turning down a job if no employee benefits are offered it’s clear that employment packages need to go further than pension plans and salaries. Ensuring staff remain motivated can help to boost productivity, company loyalty and levels of employee engagement.

While the overall organisation’s culture and quality of management are key drivers of motivation, employers can use recognition schemes, team building events, individual incentives and employee benefits to reward and recognise employees who achieve in the workplace.

We can advise, arrange and maintain a benefits package that is valued by staff and leaves you free to do more of what you are good at. Our team of qualified financial advisers based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire cover the whole of the UK providing advice on a wide range of benefits including:

  • Consumers are provided with products that perform as firms have indicated, and the associated service is of an acceptable standard and as they have been let to expect
  • Consumers are provided with clear information and kept appropriately informed before, during and after the point of sale
  • Consumers do not face unreasonable post-sale barriers imposed by firms to change product, switch provider, submit a claim or make a complaint
